Why I’m Running

Lake Havasu City has given so many of us opportunity, community, and stability. I’ve watched this city grow, adapt, and come together during both good times and challenging ones.

I am running because I believe experience should be used in service — not saved for later. With my professional background, legal training, and years of real-world program management, I am in a position to give my full attention and focus to the future of this community.

That future includes all of us — the seniors who built this city, the veterans who have served our country, business owners and our workerforce who give their all to our beautiful city, and our children who are growing up here today. Many of those young people choose to stay after graduation, build careers, raise families, and become the backbone of our local economy and civic life. The decisions we make now will shape the opportunities available to them.

This is not about a political career for me. It is about responsible leadership, long-term thinking, and making decisions that protect and strengthen Lake Havasu for generations to come.

Professional Background

As a Senior Program Coordinator for Mohave County, I oversee program operations, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with multiple departments and community partners. My work requires careful planning, fiscal oversight, and problem-solving within legal and policy frameworks.

Holding a Juris Doctor (J.D.), I understand contracts, municipal authority, regulatory impact, and the importance of precise language in governance. Good policy requires careful review and thoughtful decision-making — and that’s exactly how I approach leadership.

Taxpayer dollars must be managed carefully and openly. I support clear budgeting processes, long-term financial planning, and responsible stewardship of public funds. Residents deserve to understand where money is going and why.

Growth should strengthen our community — not strain it. That means thoughtful planning, infrastructure investment, and ensuring development decisions support long-term sustainability, including water stewardship and public safety.

3. Strong Community & Local Economy

Lake Havasu thrives when small businesses succeed and neighborhoods remain strong. I support policies that encourage economic opportunity while preserving the character and quality of life that make our city special.
